I finally had a bit of time to relax this weekend. No writing, no blogging (sorry, an electrical storm fried my modem – again!) and no cleaning. (I did plant cucumbers and peppers though.) For me, relaxing on Cape Cod means taking a bath, made extra wonderful with a book and Origins grapefruit bubbles. While my bathroom is covered in sky blue glass tile, I have gathered here pure white, wonderful tubs. A peaceful way to start the week . . .

I really like bathrooms and kitchens that have furniture (sofas and armchairs) and plank floors. It makes it all seem so much more cozy.
So serene – this is always where I want to go when I get a new book 🙂 I especially like the first room with glass front cabinets.
