Covet: Brass Bird Sculptures by Anne Ricketts

Jane Miller of J.E.M., a home accessories shop in Boston’s South End, suggested these miniature swallows by Anne Ricketts for the Boston Globe Holiday Gift Guide. Like many of the pieces she curates curates they’re modern in silhouette, yet reflect traditional artisan sensibilities in their making.

  1. I like these swallow sculptures, they’re kind of special.
Do you like enamel signs? I received my new house number today from http://www.ramsign.com and I like it so much that I might order a name sign as well 🙂 Not a sculpture but definitely something beautiful for the home.

Let's talk style.
