Shop Alert: Kitchen Arts To Re-Open

Looks like Kitchen Arts won’t be vacating Newbury after all. There’s been some construction happening inside and the sign says it’s open during renovations. It also says “Kitchen Arts by Blackstone’s.” I’m guessing that’s the Blackstone’s of Beacon Hill, though there’s no mention on their website.  Whomever it is, welcome!

  1. Dear Style Carrot,

Kitchen Arts, now known as KitchenWares by Blackstones, gets new lease on life by new owners Jennifer & Jim Hill. KitchenWares is in the final phases of a renovation and shelf stocking but remains open for business and for knife sharpening. Our aim is to provide home gourmets and professional chefs with their favorite gadgets and electronics.

And, yes, I am one of the co-owners of Blackstone’s of Beacon Hill.

    Sincerely yours,
    Jennifer

  2. Dear Style Carrot,

You are correct, Kitchen Arts has been given a new lease on life by myself (co-owner of Blackstone’s of Beacon Hill) and my husband, Jim Hill. KitchenWares by Blackstones is the new name for the business, which is still located at 215 Newbury Street. We are in the final phases of renovations. Our shelves are filling up with merchandise and the doors have remained open for business, including knife sharpening! We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit!
    Sincerely yours,
    Jennifer Hill

Let's talk style.
