Tory Burch (who gets more beautiful every year… I knew her in our 20s; she was definitely pretty, but the woman is stunning now), invited filmmaker Tabitha Denholm to shadow her and the Tory Burch design and fashion show production team during the last few days before the Tory Burch Fall 2013 runway show.
Tabitha Denholm’s dreamy video Making of a Show captures an intimate behind-the-scenes look at Tory Burch’s pre-show process, from late-night fittings to the unveiling of the Gustav Klimt-inspired collection at the Pierre Hotel in New York City. I love the music too—it’s s set to Try to Be by Montreal-based band Blue Hawaii. The video also reminds me just how other-worldly models are too. [Tory Burch Fall 2013 isn’t online quite yet, but here are the newest arrivals.]
