Japanese designer Mitsuhiro Konishi was trained as a sculptor, as is evident in his collection of metal cutlery and kitchen tools handcrafted in his Okinawa workshop. The substantial weight of each piece is balanced against an intricate attention to detail, like the small rivets that connect the forms.
