That’s no good. I haven’t ordered anything from there yet. My GILT purchases come SO fast. Well the non-home items anyway. One Kings Lane can take a while. Once I never even received them. Good luck with Rue La La, even with returns.

Rosie – I completely agree! I have been waiting for a MONTH as well, and CS will not respond to any of my emails! I have spent a good deal of $$ with BTR and haven’t seen a single thing show up on my doorstep! I’ve heard this from numerous people, I think I will steer clear of this site from now on. I’d rather pay retail for luxury items than pay their outrageous shipping charges and wait this long to have the item in my hands!

Beyond the Rack really needs to get their #$%^ together! It took me a month to receive the merchandise I ordered, and now it has taken another 3 weeks to get return credit (am still waiting!). Their customer service is absolutely terrible (have had to email them 3 times), and accessing your account on their web site is a joke (it is never updated). The discounts are not worth the aggravation!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll stop by the site – I’m a big Gilt. There are so many good deal sites out there now. Seem to be leaving T.J. Maxx and Co behind. They used to have great deals, but rarely have designer goods now.
