(I'm saving for new sofas.) I got a small and a large piece of an old antler, for $4 and $8, and the 7 old woodcut blocks used for printing Southeast Asian batiks. (There are some examples in the 7th photo - they're laid out on the grass.) I think they will make a gorgeous wall sculpture. My friend Tanya bought a baby alligator head for her son (very cool - from an alligator farm, and teeth intact), a great beaded necklace from Southeast Asia and a bunny print in a salvaged wood frame for her daughter's room. Jill from Hudson picked up some copper cups, silvered glass, a boat print, some baskets, and other stuff. I'll do another post in July, when the story I am doing in the Globe runs - it will suggest specific vendors. I actually didn’t buy much! (I’m saving for new sofas.)
